IFS was founded by and maintains a staff of Industrial Engineers.  Facility layout is a classic IE activity.

Our layout experience is extremely broad and includes warehouses, manufacturing and production facilities, distribution centers, multiple classes of office space, and more.

IFS has developed a very systematic approach to facility layout projects, using templates to efficiently collect and compile the information we will need.  This methodology allows us to rapidly create a layout that optimizes the unique, specific needs of the client.
